Accounts found hosting any prohibitted material will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. For more detailed information, please see our Terms of Service:

As a customer, your sole remedy for any real or imagined breech, fraud, or lack is to stop paying; that is, cancel your account. If we, in our sole judgement, have been the cause of an extensive breech of service to you, we will refund your payment for the breeched time, not to exceed three days.

If you have purchased hosting account very recently and wish to have a refund - please open a support ticket and we will make the final decission. bills clients in various pre-set periods. If during this period a customer cancels their account they will not receive any refund. Customers cannot put their accounts on "hold" or "delay". Customers strictly pay for the time they use.
